Training and Facilitation
We can partner with your organization to create and deliver training specific to your needs or help facilitate group processes, generally.
Cultural Agility
Does your diverse organization need to better communicate across differences? We can work with you to develop a plan for training, group dialogue, and implementation of skills into daily practice. Interactive and/or dialogue-based workshops can vary from one to ten sessions and address skills such as: loosening our grip on our stories, understanding our biases, bridging communication styles & differences in emotional expression, engaging intercultural styles in conflict, and more.

Articulating these big ideas helps you develop programs and activities that strategically align with what you want your organization to be and where you want it to go. We can give general presentations on frameworks and processes or take a deeper consultative dive to help articulate those big ideas, align what you do and how you do it with them, and assess whether you're doing the right things and doing things right.
Research Methods and Analytic Techniques
Does your organization need to develop its stats skills? We have a vast knowledge production toolkit. That toolkit rests on an array of research methods and analytic techniques, most of which we didn't invent but we do know a lot about. With some of us having taught this stuff at a university level, we can do anything from a one hour workshop on a specific thing to a big, multipart course with a syllabus. 😄

Design and Implementation
Good research starts with good questions. We bring wide-ranging knowledge of experimental (A/B) testing and other ways to make causal inferences, psychometrics and other principles of measurement, sound surveying and other ways of collecting new data, and smartly asking questions of data that already exist. Let's ask good questions.
Wrangling and Stewarding
So, you've got data. If you need them tidied up or structured so you can more easily make sense of them yourself, we can do that. Or, if you want to keep sensitive data safe and in impartial hands, we're your huckleberry.
Analysis and Visualization
There's a vast world between asking good questions and getting useful answers. From basic descriptive stats to “qualitative” themes to complex models to visualizing all of the above.
